The international tournament "Children's Cup" held from October 9th to 12th in Ohrid was held under the banner of Bernabeu. The club from Podgorica, coached by Adis - Dado Kreponić, won first place.
The children's success was influenced by the work and care they put into their football development at the Bernabeu, so the team gave their all, and everything was completed by the recognition for the best player for Matija Radičević.
The tournament brought together respectable teams from Serbia, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Croatia, and FC Bernabeu ultimately triumphed without losing a game.
During the tournament, they also won twice against Vojvodina, a team that is among the top 10 in the Balkans.
Radičević was the top scorer of the 2016 generation of the tournament, with eight goals in six games. He scored five goals in the elimination games.
He will also play in the "Coerver Cup" tournament on Friday, which will be held from October 17th to 19th in Novi Pazar.
"Matija has a few more strong international tournaments ahead of him by the end of the year, and we hope that he will also return from them with the most brilliant medals and with many goals and assists. With dedicated work and dedication, we believe that he has a bright football future ahead of him," Kreponić emphasized.
