Dunja breaks records, Tara once again has new pearls in the "queen of sports"

The Tara Athletic Club is the pride of Mojkovac and Montenegrin athletics! The club has managed, in modest conditions, to have its competitors win medals, as they usually do, almost our only representatives of the "queen of sports" at the largest international competitions with strict qualification standards, achieve results that bring paid studies and selection to the most prestigious American universities.

Time and again, Tara has new pearls, as proven by Dunja Ristić and Teodora Filipović, as well as Arsenije Ćorić at the Montenegrin Championship for Young Pioneers.

Dunja, although younger than her competition, dominantly won the title of champion of Montenegro in javelin throwing (500 grams), with a national record for women!

Teodora Filipović was also younger than her competition, she celebrated the title of champion of Montenegro in discus throwing, and in shot put she earned a bronze medal.

Arsenije Ćorić, unlike his clubmate, won gold in the shot put and silver in the discus throw.

"We are proud of the results, and of course our competitors! Both everyone in the club and the coaching staff," emphasized coach Danilo Ristić, who successfully continues the family tradition of Professor Marko Ristić, the founder and head of the profession at AK Tara.
