High school students from Golubovci will play in the European School Futsal Championship

The team of the “Golubovci” Secondary Mixed School traveled to Banja Luka, where they will represent Montenegro at the European School Futsal Championship for the under-18 age group.

The futsal team from Golubovaci earned the right to participate in this important international competition with excellent results in several stages of the competition in Montenegro.

The Montenegrin expedition, led by Radovan Kankaraš, includes professor Stefan Varagić and students: Balša Ivezić, Vuk Miranović, Lazar Kojičić, Ivan Radović, Aleksandar Radulović, Ognjen Sekulić, Ognjen Stanović and Stefan Šarić.

The President of the Montenegrin School Sports Association, Professor Budimir Vukičević, expressed his satisfaction with yet another performance by Montenegrin students at the European Sports Festival.

-The participation of our students in the European School Championship is a great recognition for school sports in Montenegro, but also a confirmation of the quality work of teachers, professors and students themselves. We would like to thank the leaders of the Municipality of Zeta for their cooperation and understanding of the importance of school sports and the promotion of young athletes, as well as for the significant financial support for the team's trip to the championship. The Montenegrin School Sports Federation wishes the team much success, sporting happiness and worthy representation of Montenegro on the European stage, said Professor Budimir Vukićević, President of the Montenegrin School Sports Federation.
