World number 2 Daniil Medvedev and world number 4 Alexander Zverev will meet tomorrow in the semi-finals of the Masters in Paris.
On Sunday, in the final, the better of that duel could be expected by the world number 1, Novak Djokovic, who is a big favorite in the semi-final clash against Hubert Hurkač from Poland.
So, the top final is announced in the Parisian "Bersie", and Medvedev and Djokovic, apart from the trophy, are also fighting for the first place on the ATP list at the end of the year.
Medvedev struggled against the local sensation Igo Gaston, who almost won the first set, but when leading 6:5 and 40:0, he wasted three tied set-balls on his serve!
Medvedev won the first set in a tie-break and then led 3:0 in the second for the final 7:6, 6:4.
Zverev did his job easier against Kasper Rud - the Norwegian parried the German until 5:5 in the first set, and then the first break arrived as a key step towards victory.
In the end, 7:5, 6:4 for Zverev.
