Norwegian tennis player Kasper Rud won the title at the tournament in Geneva today, after defeating the Czech Tomas Makhach in the final with 7:5, 6:3.
The match between Rud and Mahač, the seventh and 44th ranked tennis players in the world, lasted one hour and 48 minutes.
This is Rud's 12th title in his career.
Mahač started the match better, he was the first to break in the third game, but Rud with two breaks at the end of the set reversed the result and won that part of the game with 7:5.
At the start of the second set, in the second game, Rud made a break, and in the end, that one break was enough for him to win.
