Belarusian tennis player Arina Sabalenka defeated Poland's Iga Sfjontek 2:0 (6:3, 6:3) tonight, securing her place in the Masters final in Cincinnati.
Sabalenka, 3rd on the WTA list, won against the world's number one tennis player in an hour and 50 minutes.
The Belarusian broke the opponent's serve five times, while allowing two breaks.
In the final, she will play against the better of the duel between American Jessica Pegula (6) and Paula Badosa (37) from Spain.
