She withdrew from the Dubai tournament in February due to a chronic knee problem, and on the eve of the US Open, she did not play in the Washington and Cincinnati tournaments due to shoulder problems.
She played one match in Toronto and lost to Naomi Osaka from Japan 3:6, 1:6.
The competition at the US Open will be held from August 26 to September 8 at Flushing Meadows in New York.
