Montenegrin tennis player Danka Kovinić ranks 576th in the WTA rankings published today, which is 713 positions better than the previous week.
Kovinić advanced thanks to reaching the second round of the Australian Open. The Montenegrin tennis player defeated local player Sun 2:0 (6:3, 7:5) in the first round of the tournament in Melbourne, and then lost to Yastremska from Ukraine 2:0 (6:0, 6:1) in the second round.
Arina Sabalenka remains in first place, Iga Sfjontek in second, and Coco Goff in third. Jasmin Paolini and Elena Rybakina also round out the top five.
Also in the top 10 are Jessica Pegula, followed by Australian Open champion Madison Keys, who has moved up seven places, as well as Qinwen Zheng, Emma Navarro and Paula Badosa.
