World number two Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz advanced to the semifinals of the Queen's tournament in London today, after defeating Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech 7:5, 6:4 after two sets.
He defeated the 80th ranked player on the ATP list after an hour and 22 minutes.
The Spaniard achieved victory with a break in the 11th game of the first set and a break in the fifth game of the second set.
In the semifinals, Alcaras will play against the better player from the Bautista-Rune duel.
