Nick Kyrgios defeated Aryna Sabalenko 6-3, 6-3 in an exhibition tennis match played in Dubai.
The match was called the "Battle of the Sexes", as a reminder of the match played in 1973 by the then 55-year-old American tennis player Bobby Riggs and the world's best female tennis player, 29-year-old Billie Jean King.
That duel attracted more than 30.000 spectators in Houston.
The match between Kyrgios and Arina had different rules, it was played with only one serve.
The Sabalian player lost four games in which she served in the first set, and twice more in the second, even though she was leading 3:1.
"I felt great. I think I put up a strong resistance. He was struggling," said the Belarusian.
Kyrgios praised his rival.
"She's a hell of a player and a great champion."
