With the presence of 10 out of 11 members of the Balkan Volleyball Association, the 26th BVA General Assembly was held today in Tirana, chaired by Erlind Peljumbi, President of the Albanian Volleyball Federation and former President of the BVA.

By a unanimous decision of the assembly, the Balkan Volleyball Association will move its office to Belgrade in the coming period.

Also, Milutin Popović, President of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was elected as the new President of the BVA, while Đorđos Karampecos, President of the Hellenic Armed Forces, was elected as Vice President.

The next, 27th BVA General Assembly will be held in January 2026 in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
