Montenegrin volleyball players continue to shine on the international stage, achieving notable results in their clubs across Europe and the Middle East.
Our internationals in Croatia are in great shape. Mladost volleyball players caused a surprise in the MEVZA league, after inflicting their first defeat on Slovenian ACH Volley in the last match of the 2nd tournament. Led by the brilliant Đorđe Jovović, who scored 20 points, they won in a close match with a score of 3:2 (25:19, 18:25, 25:18, 20:25, 15:13). Nikola Đurović played two sets in this match and scored one point.
In the 14th round of the Croatian Super League, Mladost routinely celebrated against Centrometal with 3:0 (25:18, 25:21, 25:18) and thus recorded its fourteenth victory, isolating itself at the top of the table. In this victory for the Zagreb team, Jovović recorded 13 points, and Đurović added 5. Right behind them in the table is Ribola Kaštela, led by Vukašin Cimbaljević. The team from Kaštela celebrated on the road against Marsonia, led by our Srđan Petrović, 3:0 (25:21, 25:22, 25:23), and Cimbaljević was the most efficient in his team with 15 points won and 57% success in the attack, while on the other side, middle blocker Petrović won two points.
In the strongest Turkish league, the Efeler League, Marko Bojić played an excellent game, with 17 points won, but unfortunately it was not enough for his Tursad to avoid a defeat at home to Bursa Belediye with a score of 3:1 (21:25, 25:22, 25:19, 25:21).
Corrector Milutin Pavićević continues his brilliant performances for Karađorđe. The senior national team player scored 17 points in his team's maximum victory away to Takovo (30:28, 25:21, 28:26). In the same round of the Serbian Super League, Red Star coach Ivica Jevtić defeated Spartak in five sets.
Jovan Delić had a great game in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. His Domaljevac, with his 24 points and 51% success rate in the attack, achieved a triumph over the team of Napredak after a great fight in five sets, thus taking the first place in the standings.
Vojin Ćaćić scored 11 points in his Epicentar's convincing victory over Rešetvilka.
In the Romanian Championship, Bojan Strugar was notable in Craiova's 3:2 home defeat to Rapid Bucharest, scoring 13 points.
Middle blocker Matija Ćinćur had a significant contribution in Alpaca Kanal's away win over Krk 3:2 (25:22, 22:25, 20:25, 25:21, 15:12), with nine points.
In the Czech Republic, Usti, represented by Blažo Milić and Nemanja Peruničić, was defeated by Kladno 3:1 (25:21, 27:29, 25:12, 25:20). Milić scored eight points in this match, while Peruničić was unable to help his teammates due to an injury.
In the Qatari championship, coach Marko Joksimović won one point in Al Sadd's defeat to Al Rayyan on home soil (25:20, 25:23, 25:15). On the other hand, since taking over the first team of Qatar Sport, Darko Prebiracevic has not known defeat. His team now occupies third place in the table with eight wins and four losses, and in the last round they celebrated against the Police team 3:1 (23:25, 25:19, 25:17, 25:23).
