The EPCG Women's Volleyball Super League continues at an accelerated pace, and the 15th round matches are scheduled for Wednesday, which will be played on the coast and in Bijelo Polje.
The round will open with a duel between Luka Bar and Gimnazijalac, which is scheduled for Wednesday at 16 p.m. at SC “Topolica” in Bar. The Baranke are in great form, so they will try to achieve their sixth consecutive victory in front of their home crowd. After 14 rounds, their only defeat was against Herceg Novi, but they managed to break their impressive streak without losing a set. The Kotor team, on the other hand, after a bad start in 2025, achieved a victory in Bijelo Polje, which was their first triumph in the second part of the competition. They currently occupy fifth place with five wins and nine losses.
Two hours later, at the Mediterranean Sports Center, Budva welcomes the Galeb team. After an excellent start to the championship in the second half of the season, the Budva team recorded only one victory, playing with a weakened squad. They are fifth in the standings, with six wins and eight losses. Galeb recorded its first triumph of the season in the previous round, so they will try to get big points in Budva in the fight for survival.
Starting at 19 p.m., Jedinstvo will host Budućnost Volley at SC “Nikoljac” in Bijelo Polje. Mladen Miladinović's team is at the bottom of the table with four wins and 10 losses, the same number as Akademija and Morača. Budućnost is the favorite in this duel, considering that it has not known defeat in the second part of the season, and is also the first team to defeat the current champion – Herceg Novi.
The remaining two matches of the 15th round will be played on Thursday, at SC “Igalo” in Herceg Novi. The volleyball players of Albatros and Morača will be the first to take to the court, starting at 18 p.m. The team from Novi was defeated in the previous round after a grueling five-set duel against Galeb in Bar, so they will be looking to get back on track at home. Morača’s team was also defeated in the previous round and is in a negative series, but they will try to record their fifth triumph of the season in Igalo.
The last match of the round is scheduled for 20:10 PM, when Herceg Novi and Akademija will meet. The current champions are the favorites in this duel, as they are currently the leaders in the standings, while Akademija is at the very bottom with four wins and XNUMX losses.
