Among the scholarship recipients are young volleyball players, Luka Lojić from Buducnost, the most promising volleyball player in Montenegro for 2024, his teammate from Buducnost who plays in the technician position, Luka Milošević, then Budva's serve receiver Vasilije Milenković and Vukota Čelebić, the best middle blocker of the "Winter Cup of Nations" in Pordenone, also a volleyball player from Budva.
The contracts with the scholarship recipients were signed by Nikola Kažić, president of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro, thus continuing the investment in the future of Montenegrin volleyball.
"In the premises of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro, we signed contracts with eight scholarship holders of the OSCG for 2025. Four girls and four boys who are certainly the future of Montenegrin volleyball. Today, they received recognition for the current year, for everything they do and for everything they have done in the jersey of the national team and in the jersey of their clubs. We are proud that we have a large number of boys and girls who would deserve this scholarship, but I am sure that the time will come for all of them and that they just need to continue to work hard. This is recognition both to the clubs and coaches of these girls and boys for everything they do for them and throughout the year, but also to all the selectors in the national team selections, so I am sure that these children, or rather, these girls and boys, will continue to work hard and that they will certainly bring prosperity to Montenegrin volleyball," said the president of the OSCG, Nikola Kažić.
"I am very honored to be among the eight promising volleyball players. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Federation for recognizing my dedication and work, as well as my teammates and coaches, without whom this would not be possible," said Anastasija Bogojević, a volleyball player from Morača.
"I am glad to be among the eight volleyball players who received this award and I want to thank the Federation and the club for giving me the opportunity to sign a scholarship," said Luka Milošević, a volleyball player for Budućnost.
