The volleyball players of Luka Bar and Budućnost Volley will meet on Sunday at 16 pm at the Sports Center "Topolica" in Bar, in the decisive match of the EPCG Super League semi-finals.
These two clubs put on a great show for volleyball fans in Montenegro. Vladimir Milačić's team celebrated in the first match on home court with the maximum result, while the girls of coach Luka Bogojević managed to save their home court in an exciting rematch in Podgorica after a major upset and triumphed with the result 3:2. They thus tied the series and won the match that will decide the traveler to the final.
One of Luka Bar's best scorers, Teodora Čavić, points out that they are facing the most important match of the season.
"We are facing a very difficult match, probably the most important one this season. The Budućnost team showed that they have quality and desire, and deservedly celebrated in Podgorica. I think this will be a real spectacle for all volleyball fans. I believe in my team, our quality and I hope that in the end we will look forward to reaching the finals," says Čavić.
Buducnost captain Mileva Magdelinić emphasizes that her team is going to Bar with great motivation.
"We have an extremely important and demanding match coming up on Sunday. Reaching the final would be a great success for us. It is certain that the match will be very difficult and that we must be maximally focused. The entire team is motivated to give their best and I hope that we will manage to reach the final," said Magdelinić.
The finals have already been secured by the defending champion, Herceg Novi, who were convincing against Albatros in both semi-final matches and celebrated with maximum results.
