The final series of the EPCG Super League play-offs for volleyball players continues on Monday, April 21st, when the third game between Budva and Budućnost Volley will be played at the Mediterranean Sports Center in Budva at 18 p.m.
Coach Miljan Bošković's team leads the series 2:0 and is one step away from winning the seventh consecutive Montenegrin championship. After a convincing 3:0 victory in the first match at home, the Budva team also celebrated in Podgorica, where the match was much more uncertain, but still ended with a 3:1 victory for the visitors.
On Monday, Budva's corrector, Miro Miljanić, and his teammates will have the first match point to complete the series in the domestic championship.
"After a good game and a victory in a difficult away match against the team Budućnost, we are waiting for the third game in front of our audience. We will try to repeat the games from the previous games and with the next victory we will win the championship title on our field, successfully ending the season," said Budva's corrector, Miro Miljanić.
On the other hand, Luka Lojić and the blue-and-white team will try to win the fourth match and stay in the race for the title.
"In the first two games we were not at the level we know we can play at and we are aware of that. However, the series is not over yet, we have another chance to come back and show character. We believe in each other and we are ready to fight until the end. As long as there is a chance, we will not give up!"
If Buducnost manages to extend the series, the fourth game would be played on Wednesday, April 30th at 19 p.m. in Podgorica.
