The Montenegrin women's pioneer volleyball team achieved a convincing victory at the start of the Balkan Championship in Pljevlja.
Our volleyball team celebrated against North Macedonia with a score of 3:0 (25:11, 25:14, 25:23).
Petar Koković's team opened the tournament in the best way possible in front of the home crowd, thanks to a series of serves by captain Nađa Peković, taking a 9:0 lead and already announcing the final epilogue.
Only in the third set was there a little more excitement, but in an uncertain ending, Montenegro managed to turn things around and win.
All players in our team scored points, with Elena Jovanović standing out with seven, Mia Pođanin with six, and Sofija Duletić and Klara Đukić with five each.
In the first match of the day, the Bulgarian national team defeated Greece 3:1.
Two new matches are scheduled for Friday - Turkey and North Macedonia will meet at 15.30:18 PM, while Montenegro will play Greece at XNUMX PM.
