The Secretary General of the Volleyball Federation of Montenegro, Ivan Bošković, attended the Assembly of the Croatian Volleyball Federation in Zadar, chaired by Frane Žanić, President of the HOS.
"Bošković participated in this significant event at the invitation of President Žanić, which once again confirmed the excellent relations and continued cooperation between the two national federations," the OSCG said.
"Satisfaction with the cooperation so far was expressed and readiness to continue joint action in the interest of the development of volleyball in the region was emphasized. Special emphasis was also placed on the upcoming participation of Montenegrin clubs in the MEVZA league, which begins next week. The President of HOS and Sports Director of the MEVZA league, Frane Žanić, together with Valentina Biflin, President of MEVZA and Director of HOS, wished our representatives a successful performance."
Bošković will, as announced, serve as a supervisor at the first MEVZA women's volleyball league tournament.
The tournament will be held in Podgorica from September 30 to October 2, and will be hosted by the Buducnost team, which will host Lemesos from Cyprus and the Israeli Hapoel Kfar Saba at the Verde Sports Center.
"The Volleyball Federation of Montenegro continues to foster quality relations with partner federations in the region and Europe, with the belief that such cooperation will further contribute to the development of volleyball and the strengthening of international sports ties," it states.
