Bošković: We wrote and prepared like in school - it paid off, the guys complied with everything

The final series of the volleyball playoffs brought a spectacular ending, Budva defeated Buducnost 3:1 in the fifth match - a masterclass, in front of the packed stands of the Mediterranean Sports Center and defended the title.

The champion's coach Milan Bošković was beaming with satisfaction.

"As I announced before the decisive match, it was important to leave our hearts on the field and that everything else would come. After losing the fourth game in Podgorica, there was little time to recover, but after that match we made an analysis, wrote like in school and prepared - in the end the boys respected everything. Kudos to Buducnost for their fair play and good game, and I congratulate my boys and the coaching staff," said Bošković.

Dejan Radić, coach of Buducnost, congratulated his rival, but also paid tribute to his own strengths, who managed to return to the series from a lost position.

"We were losing 2:0 in the series, we came back to 2:2, but we have to admit that Budva played stronger and more powerful than us in the fifth game, and deservedly won and deservedly came to the title. We are ending a good season for us, we can be sad about the way it ended, but on the other hand there are a lot of good things we have done. We will continue to work and grow as a club," Radić told RTCG.
