The preparations of the Montenegrin women's volleyball team for the European League are going according to plan. Luka Bar captain Dijana Vuković has joined the team, who will strengthen the competition in the correction position, and young members of Omladinac Staša Mitrović and Kristina Vukčević have also arrived.
The team will be complete in the coming days when Saška Đurović, who triumphantly finished the season in the Porto jersey, joins her teammates.
In a great atmosphere, the girls train daily at SC "Topolica" in Bar, and ahead of the challenge in the CEV competition, they will face a test match against Bosnia and Herzegovina at the end of May.
Bar is the hometown of as many as six members of the A selection, including coach Marija Šušić, who is particularly looking forward to the team's return to the city under Rumija.
Melisa Cenović points out that the atmosphere is at a particularly high level in the historic summer of Montenegrin women's volleyball and that this is visible in the work of the leaders of the game and the young forces.
The European League for our girls begins on June 5th, when they will host Slovenia in Bar, and two days later play Georgia. The second tournament awaits them seven days later in Romania, and the final from June 19th to 21st in Pristina.
