Jevtić after defeat to Portugal: We did not fulfill what we agreed upon before the match

The volleyball team was defeated last night by Portugal 3:0 (25:16, 25:19, 25:14) in the first match of the second weekend of the European League.

Coach Ivica Jevtić was not satisfied with his team's performance.

"You don't have to be very smart after a defeat like this. At first, we have nothing to hold on to, which is to say neither head nor tail. I'm worried that we looked good physically, we didn't feel tired from the trip, but we didn't do the technical things and the obligatory game properly. Also, we didn't fulfill what we agreed on before the match. As I said before we came here - we can dream of beating the Portuguese team. We didn't manage to make that wish come true," said Jevtić.

Montenegro plays Latvia today at 18 pm.

"A more realistic situation is for us to go out on the field against Latvia, fight like lions and try to get a good result," said Jevtić.
