The Montenegrin women's senior volleyball team gathered in Kolašin, where they will prepare for the biggest summer in the history of our women's volleyball - their first appearance at CEV Eurovolleyball, until their departure for Sweden on August 18th.
There were 18 girls at the call-up by coach Jovo Caković. Three more volleyball players from the list will later join the selection - Simona Petranović and the young Elena Jovanović and Nađa Peković, who are expected to compete with the U17 national team at the Balkan Championship.
The following will train in Kolašin:

SERVICE RECEIVERS: Simona Petranović, Teodora Čavić, Lara Jovović, Darja Popović, Gordana Madžgalj and Elena Jovanović;
PROOFREADERS: Nikoleta Perović, Dijana Vuković and Anastasija Koprivica;
MIDDLE BLOCKERS: Mina Dragović, Saška Đurović, Katarina Budrak, Lana Rakočević and Staša Mitrović;
LIBERA: Melisa Cenović, Milica Veličković and Elena Čolaković.
The seniors and the coaching staff, which, in addition to coach Caković, also includes assistants Milan Milošević and Luka Bogojević, fitness coach Milan Čutović, statistician Ognjen Marković and physiotherapist Mitar Andrović, were greeted at the gathering at the "Bianca" hotel by the President of the Volleyball Association of Montenegro Nikola Kažić.
During the preparations, Montenegro will play in Kolašin with the national teams of Austria and Portugal, also participants in the upcoming European Championship - friendly matches are planned for August 7th and 8th, and August 13th and 14th.
The "Reds" will face matches against the national teams of Sweden, Italy, France, Slovakia and Croatia in Group D at EuroVolley in Gothenburg.
