The head coach of the young water polo team of Montenegro, Veljko Uskoković, announced the list of players for the World Championship, which will be held from December 12 to 20 in Kuwait.
The list of the U20 selection includes: Darko Đurović, Nebojša Vušković, Savo Ćetković, Uroš Vučurović, Aljoša Mačić, Danilo Radović, Luka Murišić, Petar Mijušković, Miroslav Perković, Vuk Drašković, Dušan Matković, Branko Franeta, Alen Isljamović.
Our water polo players are free on the first day of the competition, and on December 13 they will face Kuwait. A day later, Montenegro has a match with the United States of America, and the rivals in the group are Italy and Iran.
The winners of the groups will advance directly to the quarterfinals, while the second- and third-placed teams will play for placement among the top eight.
UA group includes Serbia, Japan, South Africa, Croatia and China, group B consists of Argentina, Canada, Spain, Hungary and Egypt, while in group D Brazil, Greece, Australia, New Zealand and Uzbekistan will compete.
