"Non-compliance with the norms in the procedure of transferring the funds that were allocated to the club in accordance with the founder's decision of February 22, 2020, resulted in the fact that the players, coaches and administration of the club were not paid wages for a full four months, and the club has not been able to pay its current obligations for some time now. .
