Neither spontaneously, nor accidentally! The fan group "Delije" announced on their website that they went to the match of their water polo club Crvena zvezda in order to insult the coach of the club, Mirko Vičević, on a national basis.
Kotor native and former Montenegrin national team member Mirko Vičević was appointed coach of Crvena zvezda, but he will not remember the game after the victory, after his players beat Šabac 13:6.
However, that match in Dorćol at the "Milan Gale Muškatirović" swimming pool was not like the others, because the pool stands were filled to capacity. "Delije" responded in large numbers, but not because their club is playing!
The reason is the protest and dissatisfaction of "Delija" with the appointment of Mirko Vičević as the club's coach, and the problem, according to them, is "that Mirko Vičević is believed to be of Croatian nationality, and he is currently the president of the Croatian Civic Society of Montenegro in Kotor".
"Delije" developed their attitude about Croats, but also other nations from the region and Serbia on the banner - "Šiptar, Croat, Balija are not my brothers".
"About 20 days ago, VK Crvena zvezda got a new coach, Mirko Vičević. "Delije" used the opportunity at tonight's game to wish him - welcome" - they boasted about the fascist actions of "Delije" on their website.
