Mirko Vičević is officially no longer the water polo coach of Crvena zvezda - the legendary water polo player confirmed to Vijesti.
Vičević agreed with the Belgrade club to terminate cooperation by mutual consent.
The Montenegrin coach returned from Belgrade to Kotor this morning and will not comment on the events on this topic until further notice.
Vičević took over Zvezda in mid-January, and left the club after a scandal, ominous fan proclamations and a creepy banner at the pool in Belgrade.

The chauvinistic attitude of the fan group was condemned by the VPSCG, COK and the Sports Administration, Water Polo Federation of Serbia, as well as by water polo legends such as Danilo Ikodinović and Igor Milanović.
VK Crvena zvezda apologized to Vičević, and other Serbian sports institutions did not officially react.
Vičević, a famous water polo player, winner of medals from the biggest competitions in the SFRY cap and a member of the Hall of Fame, came to the bench of the Belgrade club only about 20 days ago.
