Montenegrin water polo players were defeated in the penultimate match at the European Championship, thereby missing their first chance to qualify for the World Championship in Fukuoka next year.

Greece was better than the "sharks" 14:12, and most of the match was almost identical to each of the previous five that our team played in Split.
