The head coach of the water polo national team, Vladimir Gojković, announced the list of players for the European Championship, which starts on January 4.
Along with Croatia, our selection will be represented by 15 names.
The list includes goalkeepers Dejan Lazović and Petar Tešanović, Draško Brguljan, Aljoša Mačić, Kanstantin Averka, Jovan Vujović, Vlado Popadić, Aleksa Ukropina, Đuro Radović, Miroslav Perković, Vladan Spaić, Dušan Matković, Vasilije Radović, Marko Mršić and Stefan Vidović.
Experienced Draško Brguljan, who has not played since the Olympic Games in Tokyo, and goalkeeper Dejan Lazović are returning to the national team, and in relation to the last major competition - the World Championship in Fukuoka - Bogdan Đurđić is not among the "sharks".
Montenegro will play in group A at the EP, in Dubrovnik.
The first rival is France (January 4, 17 p.m.), followed by a duel with Spain (January 6, 17.45:8 p.m.) and finally with Croatia (January 20.15, XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.).
Direct placement in the quarterfinals will be won by the two first-placed selections in the group.
