Radović and Ukropina are self-critical: We were not in the story

"Dolphins" led 4:0, "sharks" reduced it to 6:4 and had an attack with one more player to get to the minimum difference, but they did not use it. They didn't even deserve it, that's why they were knocked out - 14:6.

Vladimir Gojković's team still holds its destiny in its hands, with a victory over Japan, it could reach the 2nd place in Group C and a probable duel with Romania for the quarter-finals and a visa for the Olympic Games.

"There is nothing to say. One of our weaker releases in recent times, without any aggressiveness and responsibility. We really weren't in the story. We should forget this match and turn to the game with Japan. We have to try to qualify for the Olympic Games, which is the primary goal," said Đuro Radović, who scored the first goal 31 seconds before the end of the 1st quarter.

Another left-handed player, Aleksa Ukropina, was also disappointed with the edition.

"Very bad game, Serbia deservedly won. There were a lot of mistakes that normally don't happen to us, especially at the beginning of the game. The rival separated at the start, made a difference and was more composed throughout the match. The difference should have been smaller, but Serbia is a better team than us at the moment."
