Young Montenegrin water polo players (generation up to 18 years old) brought Montenegro a new medal, 10th overall in younger categories.
Bronze was won at the World Championship in Buenos Aires, and the success of Miodrag Mirović was celebrated on social networks by the legendary water polo player Nikola Janović, the former captain of the famous generation of "sharks".
"Our dear "sharks", you showed that when it is the hardest, the biggest heart wins. You brought a medal to Montenegro and showed everyone what desire, persistence, will and faith in yourself mean. Your dream has just begun, you are our pride." wrote Janović on the X social network.

Janović had more motivation to follow the performance of the young selection, because his son Srđan and younger sister Andrija Roganović are in the team.
Janović junior found himself in the ideal World Cup team, with 19 goals he was the best scorer in the Montenegrin team at the tournament, while Strahinja Gojković - son of A team selector Vladimir Gojković - scored 16.
