The junior water polo national team of Montenegro defeated the Dutch selection 10:6 (4:1, 1:0, 2:3 and 3:2) tonight in Kotor, in the first match as part of the preparations for the European Championship.
With the goals of Strahinja Gojković (two), Srđan Janović and Stefan Vraneš, the Montenegrin selection already gained a convincing advantage 4:1 in the first quarter, while at halftime it had a four-goal advantage, which it preserved until the end.
Gojković, Janović and Balša Vučković each scored two goals, while Stefan Vraneš, Tim Perov, Ognjen Moračanin and Nikola Petrović scored one each.
The young "sharks" will play against Spain tomorrow at 19:15 p.m.
