The junior (U19) water polo team of Montenegro lost to Hungary 13:9 (4:3, 3:2, 3:2, 3:2) in the 2nd round of group A at the European Championship, which is held in Bulgaria.
Yesterday, our selection was defeated by Spain 8:6 at the start.
In the last round of the group stage, Montenegro will play tomorrow (16:45) against Croatia.
In today's match, Hungary led from the beginning, and gained a decisive advantage in the middle of the third quarter, when they led 9:5.

Tim Perov, Srđan Janović and Strahinja Gojković scored two goals each for our team, Draško Samardžić, Balša Vučković and Danilo Stupar scored one each.
The competition system at the EP is such that the two best teams from groups A and B will qualify for the quarterfinals, while the third-placed teams will play the second-placed teams from C and D in the round of 16.
The winners of groups C and D play the fourth-placed teams from A and B to advance to the top eight.
