Jadran m:tela water polo players were defeated last night in Trebinje by Marseille (9:3) in the fourth round of the Champions League.
Vladimir Gojković's team scored the first goal after almost ten minutes, and the second came only five minutes before the game, so the defeat was inevitable.
"Congratulations to Marseille, a well-deserved victory. They were the better rival from the first minute, they shut everything down with an exceptional defense, we scored one goal halfway through the fourth quarter. We were not in the game. We have to analyze the match. We are young, this is a new experience, but had to be better tonight," said Jadran m:tel coach Vladimir Gojković after the match.
After four rounds, Jadran has three points, and until the end of the group stage, they will play away to Barceloneta and against Vašaš in Trebinje.
