In April, Montenegro will enjoy water polo between six of the world's best selections, plus two from the B division - our country will host the Superfinal of the World Cup.
This was confirmed at today's press conference by the president of the Water Polo and Swimming Association of Montenegro, Nikola Milić.
"A contract has been signed with the World Water Sports Federation, it is certain that we will host this great event. The best world teams will play in our country," Milić pointed out.
The qualification for the Superfinal will be played from January 6 to 12 - it will be the first challenge for the new coach Dejan Savić, but his selection will not be under pressure since, as the host of the final, they are guaranteed a place among the top six.
What is particularly important - at the tournament in Montenegro, three tickets for the next World Championship, which will be hosted by Singapore from July 11 to August 3, will be distributed.
