Return to club water polo after almost a month - regional competitions continue, with five Montenegrin teams participating.
The first to enter the pool will be water polo players Jadran Mtela and Budućnost in the Premier League and A1 League - the team from Novi Sad will host Mladost on Friday (20.30:19.30 PM), a direct competitor for a place in the final tournament, while the team from Podgorica will host the Vukovi (XNUMX:XNUMX PM).
Jadran is fourth in the standings after 11 rounds and has two points more than the "frogs", whom they defeated 11:9 in the first part of the season at Škver.
"Mladost is a quality team, a rival for a place in the playoffs. We know it will be difficult in Zagreb, but we hope for the best," said Jadran's young trump card Strahinja Gojković, who made his debut for the Montenegrin national team a few days ago in the World Cup qualifying tournament.
Buducnost also wants to make the playoffs, but in a lower league - a lot depends on the outcome of the duel with Vukovi.
"If we celebrate, then we would be closer to the playoffs," said coach Aleksandar Aleksić.
The Wolves are in second place with 18 points, three more than Buducnost and Qatar.
"We worked great during the break, and we changed the lineup a little. Mlađan Janović is no longer in the team, as he has finished his playing career, Damjan Vujičić has arrived, a guy who has experience playing in the Champions League," added Aleksić, whose team plays against Zemun in "Morača" on Sunday.
In the Premier League, Primorac plays Novi Beograd (who have all 11 triumphs) on Saturday.
And in the A1 league - Kataro have two games coming up this weekend (Saturday against Zemun, Sunday against Vukovi), while Budva will play Korčula on Saturday.
