In the premises of the Swimming Water Polo Club (PVK) Budućnost, at the indoor pool of the Sports Center "Morača", a session of the Club Assembly was held, chaired by the President of the Assembly, Andrija Babović.
The session unanimously adopted the work reports for 2024, i.e. for the period from August to December last year, since the Capital City officially took over the management of the PVK Budućnost. The Final Account for the same period was also adopted. The Assembly members considered and adopted the Club's Work Program and financial plans for 2025.
The previous president of the Club, Rajko Ćupić, resigned from this position for personal reasons. In his place, by a unanimous decision of the Assembly, the Deputy Mayor of the Capital City, Nađa Ljiljanić, was elected, who will serve as the president of the Club in the future.
"It is a great honor and pleasure for me to be elected president of PVK Budućnost today, at the proposal of Mayor Prof. Dr. Saša Mujović. I have a great responsibility and I hope to fulfill it by bringing the club to a higher level. I would like to take this opportunity to announce that in the coming period we will sign contracts with socially beneficial companies, as well as with the club's general sponsor. See you in the stands," said Ljiljanić.
"Today, it is my pleasure to hand over the position of president to Nađa Ljiljanić, who has been contributing to making this club function better," said Rajko Ćupić, former director of PVK Budućnost.
The meeting concluded that PVK Budućnost faces numerous challenges in the final stages of this and next season, including appearances in European competitions.
