Vjekoslav Pasković's mission on the Primorac bench has ended after a year and a half.
The Kotor club announced on social media that it had parted ways with the young coach, who rounded off his tenure with trophies in the championship and the Montenegrin Cup.
Pasković succeeded Zoran Maslovar in mid-December 2023 and got the first coaching job of his career - it turned out that Primorac's "gamble" with the former trophy player and Montenegrin national team player paid off because much better days have arrived.
In the 2023/24 season, Primorac ended Jadran's long-standing dominance and won the title, and the past season will be remembered for its Cup trophy, as well as its participation in the Champions League.
The second part of the season, however, was not as successful as the first, so Primorac handed over the championship crown to their great rival from Boka Kotorska.
"We thank Vjekoslav Pasković for his work and professionalism as a coach in Primorac for two seasons, as well as for the successes he has achieved. We wish him much happiness and success in his business and personal life," the club from the ancient city announced on social media.
Primorac announced on Wednesday that it has brought in its first reinforcement for next season, in which it will play in the Champions League qualifiers - Stefan Vidović has arrived.
