Jadran M:tel and Primorac will have serious competition in the water polo team of the Budva Riviera Budva next season in the fight for domestic titles.
The team from Budva, who sensationally eliminated Primorac in the semi-finals last season before being defeated by Novi Sad in the play-off final, are definitely putting together a team that can play an important role on the Montenegrin and regional scene.
New-old names are experienced goalkeeper Dejan Lazović and Bogdan Đurđić, and Savo Ćetković will once again wear the Budva cap after parting ways with Primorac this summer.
That's not all - Marko Mrsic and Djordje Stanojevic are also arriving from Primorac to the tourism metropolis, while experienced Croatians Matijas Biljaka and Marino Cagalj will play in the full-back positions. They recently played for Mladost and Posilipo, respectively...
Also, Ćetković will be joined in the center position by Bogdan Gavrilović, a former Šabac player.
Budva, therefore, has practically a new team, and it also has a new coach.
The trust has been given to Nebojša Milić, Primorac's playing legend, who is taking over from Miloš Popović.
Milić is the current coach of the Montenegrin U20 team, as well as assistant to Dejan Savić on the bench of the senior national team. He also managed Budva in the 2014/2015 season.
In addition to domestic competitions and the Premier Regional League, the team from Budva also participates in the Champions League qualifiers.
