In the most beautiful match in Montenegrin football - the final of the Montenegrin Cup, Arsenal and Sutjeska will play for the big cup tomorrow at 20,30:XNUMX in Gorica.
Just four days earlier, Sutjeska celebrated against Arsenal in the last league round, in which the victory did not bring her what she wanted - the defense of the championship title, as Buducnost won the same points balance with a victory over Mornar, but the team from Podgorica had a better score.
Sutjeska finished in second place, and Arsenal in their debut first league season in third place, and both clubs qualified for the Conference League.
That's why a victory at the City Stadium would be the crown of a great season for both rivals, with the fact that in the showcases of Sutjeska it would be the second victory in the Cup of Montenegro, while Arsenal would win the first, historic trophy.
In the announcement of the match, today next to the big cup in the House of Football FSCG, the coaches and captains of both teams did not hide their desire to win the trophy, but also their respect for the opponent. Radisav Dragićević and captain Ćetko Manojlović in four league matches were defeated twice with two draws from Sutjeska Nenad Brnović and captain Suad Ličina.
- For us, the Cup final is the biggest game in the club's history, and of course the expectations are the highest possible. It is necessary, however, to provide the maximum, and in this season we have proven countless times our quality, readiness and knowledge to surprise and come back from a deficit. It is realistic that Sutjeska is the favorite and, in my opinion, has the best midfield, but despite that, and the fact that their attack will be led by the best scorer of our championship, Konrad, we managed to make all our matches uncertain - Dragićević pointed out.
Unlike the duel four days ago, Konrad and midfielder Srđan Krstović are returning to the Sutjeska team, but now the scorer of the only goal in Radanović, Dragan Grivić, will not be out of coach Brnović's roster due to a card.
- We are not running away from the expectations of the public and our fans, we are favorites in the final. We have the experience of winning trophies, quality proven during the season, and we will not lack motivation. However, we know that we will not underestimate Arsenal, they are the most mobile team in the league, they are well led from the bench. There are no unknowns, we know all the good and bad sides of our rivals, and I hope that the individual class of the two-time anjbolheg player of the league, Novica Eraković, or one of my players will come to the fore. They are highly motivated - said Brnović.

But we fought until the end, although there were oscillations that cost us the title. Now, however, we are in a series of victories, a great moment and there can be no surprises, because we know them very well. And we congratulate them on their games and great result in their debut season. They are a strong team, physically strong and tactically well-positioned, and that is why we need to give our maximum, but also that as many of our fans as possible, people who love Sutjeska, come and support us - called Sutjeska's goalkeeper, Ličina.
He preserved the victory against Arsenal by saving a penalty to captain Manojlović.
