Ukrainian drones have hit nine oil refineries across Russia since the beginning of the year, the commander of Kiev's drone force said on Tuesday.
According to Reuters, in a statement posted on Telegram as Ukrainian and Russian negotiators sat for the latest round of peace talks in Geneva, Robert Brovdy said the refineries were among 240 facilities in Russia and Russian-occupied territories that had been hit by Ukrainian forces.
