At the regular Shareholders' Assembly of Crnogorski Telekom AD, held yesterday in Podgorica, the Financial Statements and the Business Report for 2025 were adopted. The company generated a net profit of 7,7 million euros in 2025. The Assembly decided that a portion of the net profit in the amount of 6,37 million euros – or 14 eurocents per share (gross) – would be paid to shareholders as dividends, while the remaining portion of the profit in the amount of 1,33 million euros would be distributed as retained earnings.
The Shareholders' Assembly elected the auditing firm Crowe MNE as the independent auditor of the company for 2026, and the Company's Remuneration Policy was also adopted.

Crnogorski Telekom continued its strong business momentum in 2025, confirming its fifth consecutive year of revenue and operating profit growth. The company continued to record positive trends in the first quarter of 2026, achieving its 20th consecutive quarter of continuous revenue and operating profit growth.

The company won a prestigious award Ookla® Speedtest Award™ for the fastest mobile network in Montenegro for the period Q3–Q4 2025, based on user measurements conducted via the Speedtest® platform.
According to the measurement results, Crnogorski Telekom achieved the best Speed Score™ in the country, with the highest download and upload speeds.. The average download speed was approximately 15% higher than the nearest competitor and more than twice as large as the third-placed operator.
Revenue and profitability growth
Compared to 2024, total revenues increased by 3,4%, while EBITDA AL (operating profit before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, excluding special effects and after lease costs) increased by 5%. Growth was also recorded at the level of net profit, which increased from 5,8 million euros in 2024 to 7,7 million euros in 2025, confirming the company's stable financial basis and ability to simultaneously invest in development and generate sustainable value.
Continuous growth of the user base
During 2025, Crnogorski Telekom further strengthened its market position, achieving growth in its customer base in key segments.
- The number of fiber optic network users increased by 10% compared to the end of 2024.
- Optical infrastructure was expanded to an additional 6% of households, bringing total optical availability to 152.000 households.
- The number of mobile internet users increased by 2,5%.
- The broadband user base continued to grow, while the TV base increased by 2%.
Record user satisfaction and trust
The growth of the user base was accompanied by very good results in measuring the user experience.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Crnogorski Telekom achieved record TRI*M index in the B2C segment, maintaining the #1 position in all service lines and continuing the growth trend year after year. In the B2B segment, the company also maintained its leading position in the market, confirming the strong trust of business users.
At the same time, in the first quarter of 2026, a record customer satisfaction index was achieved, while maintaining the #1 position in the market.
Investments that drive development
During 2025, Crnogorski Telekom invested 18 million euros in network modernization, development of digital services, and improvement of customer experience.
This further strengthens the position of the operator with the highest 5G coverage in the country, at the level of developed markets in the European Union, as well as a leader in the development of next-generation optical infrastructure.
The company recently commercially launched speeds of up to 4 Gbps on a fiber network and the next generation of WiFi 7 technology., which brings multiple times greater capacity, lower latency and a superior user experience in the digital home and business environment.
With this step forward, Telekom further confirms its position as a technological leader and one of the largest investors in the digital future of Montenegro.

Crnogorski Telekom achieved a turnover of 0,8 million euros on the Montenegro Stock Exchange in 2025, ranking among the most traded companies, with a clear signal of investor confidence. The share price increased from 2,17 to 2,30 euros (+6%), and shareholders were paid a dividend of 0,14 euros per share, which yields a yield of 6,1% compared to the market price of the share at the end of 2025. The total return makes Telekom shares an extremely attractive investment compared to classic savings products.
