Darko Stojanović, the bodyguard of the head of parliament, Ranko Krivokapić, insulted the officers of the Communal Police (KP) the day before yesterday after their "spider" took away his illegally parked official vehicle.
After that, Stojanović "kidnapped" a vehicle from the municipal parking lot near the Sports Center in Podgorica without paying the fine, unofficially, several interlocutors of "Vijesti" from the Municipal Police said.
The official Audi, registration number PG-CG069, was allegedly parked in Karađorđeva street on Monday, shortly after noon. In addition to making it impossible for other vehicles to enter the garage, the vehicle also occupied one lane so that drivers could only move in one direction. "Pauk", apart from the official "Audi", also removed several vehicles that were also illegally parked in the same street and obstructed traffic.
According to unofficial information from "Vijesti", Stojanović went for the vehicle in the parking lot at the Sports Center and demanded that it be returned to him. The Communal Police officers refused to return the car until the prescribed procedure was followed. A few hours after that, Stojanović came again and insulted the Communal Police officer Darko Mugoša, who "spidered" the official Audi, as well as his colleagues who were there. After insulting the municipal officials, I raised the ramp myself, got into the vehicle and left.
"Vijesti" was unofficially told that there was an incident between municipal police officers and several members of the security forces near the Assembly yesterday as well.
When asked by "Vijesti" last night to explain the incidents of his officers with the head of parliament's bodyguards, the Director of the Communal Police, Radislav Vojvodić, said that he did not know that they were Krivokapić's bodyguards, "who they are, what their task or role is". He pointed out that the names of those whose vehicle was taken by the "spider" are not important, because the regulations apply equally to everyone.
"I don't know what you said. To us, each party is for itself and has its own name. We do our job. I can only tell you that within the framework of our work we did everything extremely correctly, responsibly and properly, and we continue our actions in I can't comment on that. I'm not the one who should look at who it is, whose it is and what it is. We do our job and that's it," said Vojvodic.
When asked how he would comment on the fact that someone insulted his employees while they were doing their job, Vojvodic said that he would protect his employees.
"I am here absolutely to protect my employees. Those who do something improper towards us, we take action in relation to it. Absolutely no one will be able to do so easily... Our job is quite thankless. It is not a question - now a case has appeared We initiate certain actions against anyone who treats us outside of the regulations, and please be nice," explained Vojvodić. He did not want to comment on the fact that there were two incidents with the bodyguards in two days.
"We are doing our job, today and yesterday and we will do it again tomorrow," Vojvodic said, but did not clarify what actions they are taking.
The officer of the Police Directorate, Darko Stojanović, did not want to talk to the "Vijesti" reporter last night.
The source of "Vijesti" from the Police Directorate said that he thinks that the municipal police officer may have made a mistake because by taking away the official vehicle of the President of the Assembly, he threatened the safety of a protected person.
Vojvodić wrote to Krivokapić, Mugoš and Veljović
Stojanović's boss, Miljan Perović, the head of the Sector for Security of Persons and Facilities, who is on a business trip outside the country, told "Vijesta" last night that he ordered that Stojanović's employee "take a statement on the circumstances of the event".
"After reviewing all the facts related to that event, I will process the matter to the Internal Control in order to take disciplinary measures," said Perović.
"Vijesti has unofficially learned that the director of the Municipal Police Vojvodić sent letters to the President of the Assembly Krivokapić, Mayor Miomir Mugoš and the Director of the Police Directorate Veselin Veljović, in which, as "Vijesti" sources say, he protested the improper treatment of his officers. He also sent a complete report on the case of illegal parking with a photo report.
"Vijesti" was unofficially told by the Police Directorate last night that no report was filed regarding the incident between their officer and the Municipal Police.
We are doing our job, today and yesterday and we will do it again tomorrow. I'm not the one who needs to see who it is, whose it is and what it is. Whoever treats us outside the regulations, we initiate certain actions and - please be nice, said the director of the Communal Police Vojvodić
