Milatović said that if there is no change in approach, this situation will not lead us to where we should soon be as a society, which is full membership in the European Union.
Milatović said that it is true that at the session of the Council for Defense and Security, the President of the Assembly Andrija Mandić requested that decisions should no longer be made unanimously but by a majority.
He said that he thought it was not a good proposal and that he understood that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić agreed with Mandić.
He said that every request is legitimate.
Milatović said that as far as the diplomatic network is concerned, he will not be an accomplice in the party trade of the Bosniak Party, the Europe Now Movement and the constituents of the Democratic Front, in what he said was the collapse of the diplomatic network.
Milatović said that the current Minister of Foreign Affairs Ervin Ibrahimović, last year when there was a presidential race, went with Milo Đukanović to lobby against him (Milatović) in the Montenegrin diaspora.
Milatović said that parliamentary parties cannot ask for anything in the context of the diplomatic network.
He said that he had a problem that Miloš Radinović, the former candidate for Montenegro's ambassador to Russia, said that he would not represent the external interests of the state of Montenegro.
On March 25, Radinović gave up his candidacy for ambassador to Russia.
On the subject of dual citizenship, Milatović said that there are people who have lived in Montenegro for many years, do not have citizenship and are, in a way, second-class citizens.
"And they are vitally connected to Montenegro. I think that these citizens somehow deserve to have their situation in society resolved," said Milatović.
He said that on the other hand, we have the topic of dual citizenship for people who do not live in Montenegro, which as such opens up a large area of political abuse.
Milatović said that the DPS showed how reformed it was by the way it voted in the Assembly for judicial appointments.
Milatović said that at the Main Board (GO) of the Europe Now Movement (PES), after the parliamentary elections last year, Spajić's proposal was to cooperate with the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
Milatović said that he did not attend that GO, because as I said, it was already clear at that time which direction PES would go with Spajić, who continuously tells lies.
Milatović said that in the first round of the presidential elections, Andrija Mandić had almost fixed debates with Milo Đukanović and that almost everything was prepared to lose the presidential elections.
"And that today we have Mr. Đukanović here," said Milatović.
He repeated that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić actively and intensively cooperated with the cabinet of the former President of Montenegro and the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) seeking support for his crypto-law.
Milatović said that a vote for Milojko Spajić is a vote for Andrija Mandić and vice versa.
"I only see hope through the bloc of the progressive center, which I currently lead," said Milatović.
He said that the Europe Now Movement (PES) had a historic chance with 20 deputies to be the leader of changes, compared to ten deputies of the former Democratic Front (DF).
Milatović said that he believes that "the list he leads" in the Podgorica elections, whose candidate for mayor is Luka Rakčević (Civil Movement URA), will be victorious.
Milatović said that the current parliamentary majority looks like a symbiosis between the Europe Now Movement (PES), headed by Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, which, as the President of Montenegro said, has space in the domain of the economy and brings a set of irresponsible policies in a non-transparent manner, while in his words, on the other hand, a large space was left for the leadership of the rest of the parliamentary majority.
"Here, above all, I'm thinking of the President of the Assembly (Andrija Mandić), who is the essential leader of the parliamentary majority in the remainder," said Milatović.
Milatović said that the Europe Now Movement (PES) has in many respects become a replica of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
Milatović said that the public is more than aware that the bad practices that exist in the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) are essentially everyday in other parties, including the Europe Now Movement (PES) and other parties.
Milatovć said that it is a positive example that he is part of the parliamentary majority in the Parliament, referring to the Democratic People's Party (DNP), headed by Milan Knežević, who refused to vote for the law that treats state property irresponsibly, which was proposed by the Government.
He also thinks that it is a good example that the Parliament did not vote again on the Law on Electronic Communications, which, as he said, was against European standards.
Milatovć said that in the coming days he will send the initiative to the Assembly in order to improve corporate governance in state-owned enterprises in the coming period.
Milatović said that the least has been done in terms of improving corporate governance in state-owned enterprises.
"Because state enterprises, instead of being the carriers of the development of economic activity, were and remain the prey of political trade," said the President of Montenegro.
Milatović said that he did not remember why he was not in the press when the program Europe Now 1 was presented.
Milatović said that there are three key differences between the Europe Now 1 program and the Europe Now 2 program.
"Firstly, the way in which the creation of the program was approached. In the first case, transparently, inclusively, for almost three months there was a detailed paper with a detailed analysis of the positive and negative aspects of that program. Social dialogue, public discussion, discussion with unions and employers, departure In Brussels, the experience with the five European commissioners is different from the one we had now. We don't have a detailed analysis, we didn't even have a recommendation from the Social Council , a frivolous and irresponsible policy," said Milatović.
He said that the second difference is theoretical.
"Europe now 1 was an upgrade of certain recommendations of credible international financial institutions - the World Bank, the EBRD, the IMF in the part of reducing the burdenq on installments that was compensated by the introduction of a progressive tax on personal income. There was a reasoned recommendation of credible international financial institutions. In this case, it is not exists," said Milatović.
He said that the third difference, or number three, is conceptual.
"The key difference between the Health Fund and the PIO Fund is that in the previous period, the higher your salary, the more you allocated to the Health Fund, the lower your salary, the less you allocated in absolute terms. But the service you received from the Health Fund was equal for all. Conceptually, it made sense to reduce the contributions for health care. The pension is a different system. People who have higher salaries now allocate more to the PIO Fund In this sense, the two systems are conceptually different. These are the three fundamental differences between what was and what is now," said the President of Montenegro.
Milatović said that the income of the PIO Fund for this year is around 600 million euros, and that 150 million is taken out, and it does not go to increase the net salary of workers, but to the profits of employers, above all large capital.
He said that the government proposes to compensate for the 150 million deficit in public finances by introducing new taxes and imposing them on citizens and the economy.
He said that the PIO Fund and its future are at risk, as well as the future of all current and future pensioners.
