The lawyer of the president of the Bijelo Polje DPS and councilor in the local parliament, Elvira Zvrka, Amer Šukurica, denied the allegations that were published in Vijesti at half past 7 on Television Vijesti two days ago - that the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje filed an indictment against Zvrka for illegal construction next to the river Bistrica.
In his response, Šukurica stated that no proceedings are being conducted against Zvrk before the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, nor has it submitted an indictment against Zvrk to the Basic Court in Bijelo Polje.
He also adds that the reason for reacting is solely to protect the integrity and dignity of professor Dr. Elvira Zvrka from sensationalistic, unverified and tendentious information from certain non-governmental organizations, which can easily be verified by the competent authorities.
Zito Zvrko - Elvira Zvrko's father - is among the six people against whom the Bjelopolska Basic Prosecutor's Office filed charges for illegal construction near the Bistrica river.
This was unofficially confirmed to Television News from several sources.
In an article in Vijesti at half past seven two days ago, where it was announced that the indictment was filed against Elvira Zvrka, Television Vijesti relied on the documents submitted by the NGO Euromost to the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, namely the property certificate of the Real Estate Administration , where the remark was made that Elvir Zvrko is the owner of a building without a building and use permit in the village of Bistrica in Bijelo Polje. Among the documents is the inspection report of the Secretariat for Inspection Affairs of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje, as well as a petition for the construction of a coastal fort addressed to the Municipality of Bijelo Polje, on which, in addition to the name and surname of Elvira Zvrka, his social security number is mentioned.
Also, in a conversation with TV News journalist Alisa Hajdarpašić, before the publication of the report, when asked three questions about the procedure due to illegal construction, Elvir Zvrko did not deny that information, but based on such questions, he submitted an official written answer to TV News.
The NGO Euromost announced that it is illogical for them that criminal proceedings are being conducted against Zito Zvrko, even though they filed a criminal complaint against his son Elvira Zvrko and submitted documentation in this regard.
According to the information provided to them by the acting prosecutor Danijela Đuković, in this case a plea agreement was concluded with two suspects, while an indictment was filed against the other four.
