The film follows Sam and Tasker, long-time partners who have shared life, memories and love for twenty years. After Tasker is diagnosed with early-onset dementia, their daily lives begin to change, and they are both forced to face an uncertain future.
To spend precious time together, Sam and Tasker embark on a journey through the picturesque English Lake District.
