Every third victim of domestic violence in Montenegro is a man, according to data from the Police Administration.
It is also clear from the statistics of reported victims that the perpetrators are mostly their male relatives.
Men, however, are less likely than women to decide to report partner violence, which is also noted as a phenomenon.
