Without textbooks for biology, physics and chemistry, students of the fourth grade of Montenegrin high schools entered the school year again.
In the Institute for Textbooks, they say that they will not issue low-quality books as they were offered.
Professors, however, think that this is not an argument and that some solution had to be found.
