The Parliament of Montenegro will extend the work of the Committee for Electoral Reforms. The collegium's proposal is that the new deadline be December 18, and the session where it will be discussed will be held on Monday.
Will the new extension be enough for the opposition and the government to agree on changes to as many as 18 legal solutions, on the basis of which Montenegro should win the first fair and free elections?
Both the opposition and the government believe that an agreement is possible, if the other side is ready to compromise.
However, the differences between them seem insurmountable at the moment.
