Due to the fact that it became a member of NATO, Montenegro automatically joined the market, which is made up of the most developed countries in the world, worth 750 billion dollars.
According to CB data, since our membership in 2016, the inflow of foreign investments in Montenegro has increased significantly, especially from the countries of Western Europe, so in the three years of membership, one billion and 300 million euros have been invested in Montenegro.
Most of the investments are in tourism and energy, and the largest inflow of money comes from Hungary, Germany, Great Britain, Norway and Turkey.
Foreign investments from Scandinavian countries in Montenegro have increased by 120 percent in two years, and US investments are also growing, especially in the banking sector.
