Risan: The special hospital will be reconstructed this year

The special hospital for orthopedics, neurosurgery and neurology "Vaso Ćuković" in Risno, the only one of its kind in Montenegro, is awaiting a major reconstruction this year, which is the first serious one, after almost 40 years.

With previous investments in equipment, the team led by director Vlad Popović intends to become competitive in its field, in the field of health tourism.

Although it is of great importance for the Montenegrin health system, the Special Hospital in Risno has been waiting for repairs for decades.

One million and three hundred thousand euros will be invested in the building that merchant Vaso Ćuković gave to his hometown 80 years ago.
